Review Management
Reviews are the most visible part of your reputation, and they feed straight into map rankings and AI summaries.
I set up a simple system to ask every happy customer for a review at the right moment, with a direct link. I also help you reply to every review, including the bad ones, in a way that reads well to future customers. Policy-breaching reviews get reported through the proper channels.
The fastest way to bury one unfair review is twenty fair ones. It also makes your rating far more resilient the next time something goes wrong.
Reputation in AI Search
I test what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews say about your brand, and which sources they cite. If the description is wrong or leans on a negative page, I work on the source material: your own pages, entity profiles, schema and positive third-party coverage. You can read more about this on my AI search and LLM visibility page.
What I Will Not Do
Parts of the reputation industry rely on tactics that backfire. I do not post fake reviews, file false copyright or legal claims, build spam networks, attack competitors or promise guaranteed removals. These approaches can get your business penalised, breach Australian Consumer Law on fake reviews, and become a worse story than the original problem.
Everything I do is something you would be comfortable explaining if a journalist asked.
How Long Reputation Management Takes
Removals and review fixes can work within days or weeks. Suppression takes longer, because new pages need time to earn rankings. For a typical brand or personal name, expect meaningful movement in three to six months. Strong negative results on high-authority news sites can take longer.
Honestly, results depend on how competitive your name is and how strong the negative page is. I will give you a realistic view after the assessment, not before.
Actionable tip: claim your name on every major platform now, even if you rarely use them. Profiles you own are your best defence before anything negative appears.
