In most niches you should see early movement on long-tail queries inside 8-12 weeks if technical foundations are sound. Meaningful impact usually lands at 6 months. Anyone promising you 30 days is selling something you’ll regret. I cover this in detail in how long it takes to learn SEO.

That’s most of what I do. I run SEO training for in-house and external marketing teams - the free course is the curriculum, customised to your stack, KPIs and team level. I also work on AI-built sites (Lovable, Bolt, v0) - their technical SEO debts are predictable.
I’ll use it as a research and draft tool. I will not publish AI-generated copy as-is - it’s detectable, doesn’t rank well long-term, and dilutes E-E-A-T. Every piece I produce goes through a human pass with original examples.
