The name Rasesh (Pronounced as /rəˈseɪʃ/) comes from Sanskrit and means “one filled with essence or excellence.” I’ve always tried to live up to that meaning, whether it’s through mastering SEO, helping businesses grow, or constantly refining how I think and work.
Born and raised in Biratnagar, a small city in eastern Nepal, I grew up curious about how the internet worked. That curiosity eventually became a career, but not without its share of challenges and learning.
How It All Started
My digital journey began in 2015 when I started blogging on Blogspot. Like most beginners, I wrote articles, waited for visitors, and refreshed analytics more times than I’d like to admit. Nothing happened.
That’s when I discovered SEO, the missing piece.
I became obsessed with understanding why some websites attract thousands of visitors while others don’t. I started experimenting with WordPress, Tumblr, and affiliate sites, even using SEO tools like Money Robot in the early days. It wasn’t about chasing shortcuts; it was about understanding what truly worked.
Turning Passion Into a Career
Back then, Nepal had strict rules on foreign transactions. Buying hosting or digital tools was almost impossible without privileges. In 2016, I realised that to truly grow in this field, I’d have to move overseas.
It’s said that around 20% of Nepalese-born people live abroad, each for their own reasons. Mine was driven by passion.
When I moved to Australia, I started freelancing through platforms like Fiverr and Freelancer.com. I helped small businesses improve their websites, optimise their online visibility, and generate real results. Eventually, that part-time passion turned into a full-time career.
Building Experience in Australia
My first SEO job in Australia gave me a proper introduction to how local businesses operate online. I learned what truly matters for Australian brands: strategy, transparency, and measurable growth.
After graduating, I joined Australian Internet Advertising, where I started as an SEO Specialist and later grew into managing the SEO team. Working with businesses of all sizes, from local trades to national brands, helped me refine a system that delivers consistent results without guesswork.
My Approach as an SEO Consultant
SEO isn’t just about keywords or backlinks. It’s about understanding intent, allocating the right budget, and building sustainable visibility. Every business is different, and so is every SEO strategy.
My goal is simple: to make businesses feel confident that their website is being looked after, not just for rankings but for long-term growth.
Today
I’m now based in Sydney, helping Australian businesses grow through tailored SEO and content strategies. My curiosity hasn’t faded; if anything, it’s stronger than ever.
Every website I work on gets the same level of care and strategy I once used on my own. Because for me, SEO isn’t just a service, it’s something I’ve lived, learned, and built my life around.
